High heel shoes for the formal lady
January 26th, 2011 | admin
You just need to look back on the early 80′s to get a good indication of the yes and no’s of wearing heels. I’m naturally thinking about the pinstripe jeans and white stiletto look which flooded the roads of suburban England in and around 1982. It isn’t to assert that the look did not look great on the catwalk or that indeed stilettos should not have been worn . The point I’m attempting to make is that when wearing a formal ladies shoe, treat it with the respect it merits and try it with the right outfit. The other thing is never get a very cheap shoe of any type. Not only are they horrifically bad for your feet, but they’ll look as inexpensive as they wore. Good price shoes are dissimilar. Good worth means cheaper than expected for a great look.
So women, what type of shoes are we going for nowadays and how are we going to pair them up? What are the rules? Generally speaking, don’t wear heels with bare legs unless you are well moisturised and at least a touch bronzed. Fake tan is completely acceptable as long as it done well and not dark orange around the back of the heel. Wearing no tights is often only best when it is very hot or your are wearing a peep-toe sandal. The platformed heels are the best to stroll in and will give you lots of added height. If you’re wearing trousers, a heeled bootie or brogue look will look super efficient.
